TIFE Theatre is a brand new company! As such, we are not yet an approved publisher for the Thespys. But fear not! A number of our plays are soon to be available with approved publishers -- so if you find a script you like that is not yet linked to another publisher but you want it specifically for competition use, simply let us know and we will work to get that script competition ready.
Since it is common for playscripts to list their casts in terms of genders, we've done that here; but, please know that TIFE Theatre always supports companies making the necessary adjustments when it comes to the gender of their casting.

Welcome to Carterdale, a city that's just like yours! Except, of course, that Carterdale is the only city in the United States with an established population of Fuzzy Monsters. Like most cities, it is full of unspoken rules, and lines that are not to be crossed. Both sides keep to themselves, each believing they’d be better off without the other.
But when two teens, a human named Sara and a fuzzy named Glendon, fall for each other, their relationship threatens to destroy the carefully crafted stereotypes, fears, and biases that the two sides thrive upon. In order to maintain this facade, ironically, the adult humans and fuzzies come together to break the kids apart. And when a new group of fuzzies arrive, Carterdale is forced to look in the mirror and acknowledge the fractured future they’re passing down to their children.
