WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

There are a ton of incredible improv coaches out there!

So at TIFE Theatre, we had to set ourselves apart. 

Our improv workshops specialize in strategies and games to develop unity and togetherness within your improv troupe, building upon the "Yes, And" rule of improv in pursuit of a "Yes, So. . ." approach. 

"Yes, So. . ." means that beyond just accepting our troupe-mate's ideas, we are building upon their ideas in a way that galvanizes our scenes, gives them structure and momentum, and propels them towards a satisfying conclusion for the audience.  

For the most daring programs, TIFE Theatre also offers workshops on improvised musical numbers (no piano required!), which can become a show-stopping staple of any improv troupe!

All improv workshops are available both IN PERSON and VIRTUALLY.
